The fastest way

WhatsApp. Press the button below, or the Buy on WhatsApp button on any product page, which fills in the piece, stone, size and reference code for you.

We usually reply within the same day. If you message outside working hours you will get an automatic acknowledgement and a real reply the next morning.

What to expect when you message about a piece

1. We confirm the price and what is in stock
2. We send photographs of the actual stone we would set, in window light and indoor light, so you can see how it behaves rather than how it photographs
3. We check your size, and talk you through measuring if you are unsure
4. We confirm delivery timing and cost to your location
5. If you want it, we send payment details. If you do not, that is completely fine, and nobody will chase you.

Step two is the reason we do this over WhatsApp rather than through a cart. Moonstone and labradorite are not batch-consistent materials, and a single catalogue photograph cannot honestly represent them.

Custom orders

Any design on the site can be made in any stone we stock, including combinations we have not photographed. If you want the Drishti Drop in carnelian or the Aperture Ring in garnet, ask.

For fully bespoke work, tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can make well. Sometimes the answer is no.

Sizing help

Send us the measurement you took and how you took it, and we will tell you which size to order. This takes five minutes and prevents most returns. The size guide has three methods.
