Legal
Terms.
A working skeleton to be completed and reviewed. It is deliberately short, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
To Drishtal: have this reviewed by someone qualified in each market you sell into. Nothing here overrides statutory consumer rights, and any clause that attempts to is unenforceable and reflects badly on the brand.
Who you are contracting with
Drishtal, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
How an order is formed
Because we take orders over WhatsApp, the sequence is:
- You message us about a piece
- We confirm price, availability, stone photographs and delivery timing
- You confirm you want it
- We send payment details
- The contract is formed when we confirm receipt of payment, not when you message us
Nothing on this website is an offer. Prices and availability shown here are an invitation to enquire.
Prices
Confirmed on request
We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before confirming an order. If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price we will tell you rather than silently cancel.
Product descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Natural gemstones vary, and the stone you receive will not exactly match the photograph. This is stated on every product page and is the reason we send photographs of the actual stone before payment.
Where a fact on this site appears in square brackets, it is not yet confirmed and should not be relied on.
Meaning and traditional associations
Descriptions of what a stone is "traditionally associated with" refer to crystal, folk and in some cases Vedic astrological traditions. They are cultural and historical statements. They are not medical, therapeutic or diagnostic claims, and nothing on this site should be read as one. No stone sold by Drishtal treats, cures or prevents any condition.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you are in the UK or EU you have rights of cancellation and return that these terms cannot reduce. See the return policy.
Intellectual property
The Drishtal name, the mark, the site design, the photography and the written content on this site belong to Drishtal. Design names, including Aperture, Triad, Halo, Lucent, Infinity, Crescent, Petal, Drishti, Strand, Wave and Oculus, are used as product names by Drishtal. [CONFIRM TRADE MARK POSITION BEFORE ASSERTING ANYTHING STRONGER.]
Limitation of liability
