India's DPDP Act 2023 imposes its own requirements. Have this reviewed by someone qualified. Do not deploy analytics or a pixel until it is done.

When you message us on WhatsApp. Your phone number, your name as it appears on WhatsApp, and the content of the conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms apply to the transport of those messages.
When you place an order. Name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the details of your order.
